Once you decide on a puppy, I will send you a request for a pre-determined deposit through paypal. You may then use a credit card or pay with your paypal account. If you choose to pay with a check you may print and sign and send along with your payment. If you are paying with western union, faxing is an option to fax number 480-247-5516. Final payment for puppy is due 5 days before shipment, no exceptions. Absolutely no puppies will be shipped without cleared payment. Please don't even ask!!

Conditions:
1. Breeder Guarantees that the above puppy is purebred with Full/Limited (circle appropriate) Registation.
2. Breeder cannot guarantee adult size, conformation, or color.
3. Buyer may return the dog for any reason, at the buyer’s expense, to the breeder within 48 hours of purchase. The breeder will refund the full purchase amount minus a $100.00 non-refundable deposit and all shipping costs.
4. Buyer shall assume full responsibility for health, temperament, and appearance of the above-described dog upon possession.
5. Buyers further agrees to maintain the dog at all times in good health, with periodic check-ups and all recommended immunizations.
6. The actions and upbringing of the puppy is the responsibility of the buyer /owner. Under no circumstances will the breeder be held responsible for the dog or the dogs behavior.
7. If buyer is unable to properly care for said dog for any reason, the breeder will be contacted with the option that the breeder will take the dog back with no consequence nor refund to the buyer. The breeder will then take back over full responsibility of said dog.
